For current international students

How to Apply

All exchange students apply through their home university.

It is important to stress that all of our full degree bachelor programmes are taught in Danish, and if you want to enroll as a full time ordinary student, you must be able to speak Danish fluently and otherwise meet the same requirements as Danish students. The requirements can be seen here.

University College Lillebaelt welcomes exchange students and international students for our international semesters and modules.

You can always get an overview of the courses and semesters offered in English here.

All exchange students must be nominated by their home university. Contact the International Office at your university to start the application process.

Afterwards you can contact the international coordinator in question at University College Lillebaelt and you will be guided through the application process for your studies or placement.

The deadlines for applying are 1 November for the spring semester and 1 May for the autumn semester. There are no exeptions to the deadlines.

The application form for studies in the autumn 2017 has now closed. The application form for studies in the spring 2018 will open early September 2017.

If you plan to enroll in international modules or if you plan to apply for a placement or a traineeship facilitated by University College Lillebaelt, you can apply through the MoveON system here (closed link).

Please remember to apply using either the Crome or the Firefox browser, otherwise the application will not work.

Please register to the right at first using your e-mail address and then you will receive an e-mail asking you to construct a self-made password. Please make sure to create a password containing both letters, numbers and special characters, such as ! or ? Then you can log-in to the left.

Please also remember to mark each page as completed and “save progress” as you work your way through the application. In this way you can close down the application form and re-access it and the information, you already filled in will be saved.
